In 2010, one member was homeless and she was able to go back to school to increase her education. She was able to become employed within 3 months and find an apartment 6 months later. A few months later after living in her apartment and becoming stable in her new home, she united with her underage son.
In 2011, one member never thought she would have been able to own her apartment. She utilized the program, saved her money and become stable. Nine months later she completed her program and was able to rent her own apartment.
In 2012, one member moved from another state to Georgia hoping for a better future. When she moved here she was faced with homelessness. She enrolled herself in a C.N.A course and graduated. She obtained employment at the local hospital and two months later obtain housing in the DeKalb County area.
Currently, one member was faced with homelessness because her employer reduced her income. She could no longer afford where she lived. She was accepted in the program and six months later she was able to obtain full time employment. She is currently still active as a member of the organization.
